At Easy Slimming, we offer the convenience of delivering your order directly to your doorstep through our trusted courier partners. Our delivery fee for anywhere in South Africa is R100.
Standard delivery is conducted during office hours, and it's important to note that you cannot select the exact date or time for delivery. Our warehouse and deliveries are scheduled from Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00. Deliveries are not available after hours, over weekends, or on public holidays, so please consider this when choosing your delivery address.
For international deliveries outside of South Africa, we can arrange shipping, and the rates will be quoted directly to the client before placing the order.
The delivery timeframes for standard delivery depend on your delivery address, postal code, and the courier service in your area. Generally, standard delivery takes approximately 3-5 working days from the payment of your order. However, during high volume periods such as seasonal sales or Black Friday, Easy Slimming reserves the right to extend the delivery timeframes. In such cases, delivery may take 3-10 working days.
Tracking Your Parcel:
Once your order has been processed, a tracking number will be sent to you via email or SMS. This tracking number allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery. If you notice that any product(s) are missing from your parcel upon receipt and you have not been notified by Easy Slimming beforehand, please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com. When reaching out via email regarding missing products, please include your order number and use the subject line "Missing Product(s)" for efficient communication and prompt resolution of the issue.
