General Return Policy
- You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any item.
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them.
- Products must be unopened, untested, and unused.
- Sale, clearance, and second-hand items are not eligible for a refund.
- The purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded or credited once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets the above conditions.
Return Shipping Costs
- You are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.
- Unfortunately, we cannot refund or credit shipping/delivery costs, as these are charges that cannot be reimbursed to us by the courier company.
Returning Your Items
- Please return items with labels attached, in the original packaging.
- Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely.
- Ensure that all parcels are tied together if there is more than one.
Important Notes
- If Easy Slimming is responsible for sending damaged or incorrect items, we will cover the pick-up and return delivery costs as per our return policy.
- Please note that you risk delaying the refund process if the steps outlined above are not carefully followed.
- We reserve the right not to refund a returned product if it is not sent back in the exact packaging it was received in, with labels attached, and in resalable condition.
- Easy Slimming will not process a refund on defective or incorrect products if you have not followed the procedures set out in this return policy.
